Refractory Products

AA-22 BRUSH MIX is a material that coating is ideal for strengthening existing refractory lining surfaces. It can be applied up to 1/4” thick providing increased refractory protection without a great loss of volume to your unit. AA-22 BRUSH MIX is supplied wet or dry. however, water can be added to adjust the consistency. It can be applied with a brush, trowel, rubber float, roller, sprayer, etc. It hardens in air and becomes non-hydroscopic when heated to only 250 - 300°F.

EZ EST 10CR is a cement-free, alumina-chrome castable with 10% chromic oxide, that can be installed by casting, pumping, or shotcreting methods. This product requires an additional liquid binder, called EZ ADD binder, for mixing and installation.

EZ EST 20CR is a cement-free, alumina-chrome castable with 20% chromic oxide, that can be installed by casting, pumping, or shotcreting methods. This product requires an additional liquid binder, called EZ ADD binder, for mixing and installation.

EZ EST 32-70 PC is a colloidal-silica bonded, pumpable castable. This product is engineered for short turnaround after placement. The colloidal silica binder must be added as a separate component.

EZ EST 60G is a cement-free, 60% alumina gun mix that can be installed by conventional gunning methods. This product requires an additional liquid binder, called EZ ADD binder, for installation. EZ ADD binder is added at the gunning nozzle during installation

EZ EST 60PC is a cement-free, 60% alumina castable that can be installed by casting, pumping, or shotcreting methods. This product requires an additional liquid binder, called EZ ADD binder, for mixing and installation

EZ EST 60Z PC is a colloidal silica-bonded, 60% alumina castable containing zircon that can be vibration cast, pumped, or shotcreted. This castable requires an additional liquid binder (EZ ADD binder) for mixing and installation. Water is NOT added for installation.

EZ EST 60ZG is a colloidal-silica bonded gun mix. This product is engineered for short turnaround after placement. The colloidal silica binder must be added at the nozzle. This product also contains an additive to reduce dusting.

Colloiodal Silca-bonded, Tabular Alumina Castable

EZ EST AZS G is a colloidal-silica bonded gun mix. This product is engineered for short turnaround after placement. The colloidal silica binder must be added at the nozzle. This product also contains an additive to reduce dusting.

This product is a colloidal silica-bonded monolithic. It requires an additional component to be added to properly be installed. This product can be installed by casting, pumping, or shotcreting methods.

EZ EST S99F PC is a colloidal silica bonded, fine-grained, high purity silica castable that can be installed by casting, pumping, or shotcreting methods. This product requires an additional liquid binder (EZ ADD binder) for mixing and installation.

RESCOBOND 17G isdesigned for use in U-Bends, Y-Sections, overhead lines, and other catalyst transfer lines. It is a chemically-bonded, air-setting, single component gunning mix. This product can be installed by conventional gunning and handpacking methods and bonds to existing refractory. When gunning, predampening is NOT suggested for this gun mix. This product develops a quick set and can be heated shortly after installation. RESCOBOND 17G should NOT be installed by vibration casting methods.

RESCOBOND 17HP is a chemically-bonded, air-setting, single component refractory formulated to be handpacked in catalyst transfer line field joints, cones, nozzles, and other tight area applications in oil refineries. This product bonds to existing refractory and can be used to patch in-situ transfer lines, etc.

RESCOBOND 3000 is a chemically-bonded, air-setting, single component refractory castable. This product bonds to existing refractory and can be used in a variety of different applications including patching. To use, mix RESCOBOND 3000 with water and cast. It develops a quick set and can be heated shortly after installation.

RESCOBOND 3000A is a chemically-bonded, air-setting, single component, high alumina refractory castable formulated for molten aluminum contact applications. This product bonds to existing refractory and can be used in a variety of different applications including patching. To use, mix RESCOBOND 3000A with water and cast. It develops a quick set and can be heated shortly after installation

RESCOBOND 3000A G is an aluminum-resistant, phosphate bonded gun mix that can be installed by conventional gunning and handpacking methods. This product has been formulated to be a single component gun mix that can be gunned in hot or cold applications and develops a quick set. No predampening is needed prior to gunning. After the intial set, this product can be heated without using the traditional ramp-and-hold heatup schedule

RESCOBOND 3000G is a chemically-bonded, air-setting, single component gunning mix. This product can be installed by conventional gunning and handpacking methods and bonds to existing refractory. When gunning, predampening is NOT suggested for this gun mix. This product develops a quick set and can be heated shortly after installation. RESCOBOND 3000G should NOT be installed by vibration casting methods.

RESCOBOND 3000ZG is a single component, chemically bonded refractory gunning mix with improved gunning characteristics. This gun mix also contains a zircon addition. It develops a quick set and can be heated shortly after installation to provide a fast “back on line” capability for your unit. It’s chemical bonding system provides adherence to existing refractory, making it an effective patching material. RESCOBOND 3000ZG can be installed by gunning or hand-packing techniques. Predampening is NOT suggested for this gun mix prior to installation

RESCOBOND 70AG is a chemically-bonded, single component gunning mix formulated for molten aluminum maintenance applications. This product can be installed by conventional gunning and handpacking methods and bonds to existing refractory. When gunning, predampening is NOT suggested for this gun mix. This product develops a quick set and can be heated shortly after installation. RESCOBOND 70AG should NOT be installed by vibration casting methods.
